Hourly rates are flexible and based on the specific service you require. Initial consultation is free. Typically there is a setup and transition period to analyze your current bookkeeping system, make adjustments, and elevate your business to the proper standards. Once this is achieved, you are assigned a bookkeeper to work with you. There will be occasional additional consultations to review finances or provide you with additional services as the need arises.

We us Quickbooks for both MAC or Windows, and Quickbooks Online. We can train you and your staff or recommend classes if you’d like to handle part of the bookkeeping yourself. Should you require insurance, human resources support, or assistance to clarify guidelines for running a small business - including independent contractor agreements, client contracts, and general organization - we can offer these expanded services.
